Peter Dowd Becomes a Patron at Bosco House

Bosco House run a 13 Room residential hostel for the homeless, as well as providing support to drug and substance misuser's and those with mental health issues. Bosco House is an accredited City & Guilds Training Centre. Staff and volunteers undertake NVQ Level 3 training in Health Care/Substance Misuse. The project offers a health care programme to all participants.  

Bosco works closely with Treatment providers, the Probation Service and Homelessness Team, alongside many voluntary agencies.  Bosco House encourages individuals to take part in sports/activities and they provide one-to-one counselling, and a range of educational and social activities. The Bosco Society owns 5 'move on' flats with floating support workers and a further 5 flats.
