Peter Gets Bellway Site Cleared

Peter wrote to Bellway Homes, expressing his concern about the poor condition of the Bellway site on the junction of Harris Drive and Hawthorne Road.

Bellway have now responded concurring with Peter about the poor condition of the site and setting out the following actions. Bellway have instructed their contractors to clear up the site and erect new hoarding fences.

Bellway are hopeful to have the site developed in the next 12 months, they currently have a planning application to build 9 houses.
