I recently proposed two new amendments (35 and 36) to the Criminal Justice Bill. Amendment 35 seeks to require drivers who are involved in a collision to not flee the scene and to report the collision to the police. Amendment 36 reduces the amount of time from 24 to 2 hours that a driver has to report a collision.
