Peter Challenged the Funding Stream for the Garden Bridge in London

On 7th September Peter Dowd MP for Bootle, challenged Tory Parliamentary Undersecretary for Transport about the £30million investment in the London Garden Bridge.  Linking this investment to the lack of investment for infrastructure schemes in Bootle.
