Peter Dowd MP in his contribution called the Chancellors statement shallow and It’s clear the Tories have no plan to tackle the cost of living crisis, or fix the unfair taxes they’ve hit working people with or a plan for growth.

Instead the Chancellor failed to address some of the burning issues, including inequality, taxes, billionaires incomes and national debt which are all only rising.

This country deserves better but they’ll never get it under this Chancellor who gives with one hand but takes so much more with the other.
