Stop Fire and Rehire Tactics

Peter Dowd MP voted to stop Fire and Rehire tactics because employers are holding worker’s to ransom. Weak law lets bad bosses force brutal changes to contracts, taking thousands from wages that families need to live.

Workers across the country have put their lives on the line during the pandemic but fire and rehire is another disease ripping through our society. The government must support action to tackle it.
